The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association has upgraded the in-house phone messaging system. During the transition over the last two days, it has come to our attention that 1000 plus voice messages were inadvertently delivered to a non-working number. Those messages were not recoverable for processing. Our apologies to all the customers that left messages only to have them go unanswered. The voicemail situation has been corrected, updated and will be closely monitored going forward. Please be patient and if your action remains incomplete, call us back so we know and can process the requested action(s) in order to deliver the quality service you expect from the staff at the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association.
