Lewisburg, TN – At a recent meeting the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ And Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) Executive Committee, under the authority of Article III, Section 15 of the Bylaws, approved Corporate Rule 27 as follows:

“Beginning in 2015, all TWHBEA memberships will expire on December 31. Any member whose 2015 membership would expire on some calendar day other than December 31 will be eligible to pay a prorated membership fee between their prior renewal date and December 31, and will then owe the full annual membership fee on January 1, 2016.”
