On September 5, 2017 Nance Stables, located at Crane Farms in Alabama, experienced a devastating barn fire. Trainer Keith Nance reported that 23 horses perished and almost all barn items were destroyed. Friends and fellow trainers have stepped up to help. A benefit auction will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Pleasant Valley Farms, 2395 Hwy 64E, in Shelbyville. Donations will be taken for lunch that begins at 12:30pm with the auction following at 1:30pm.

Anyone wishing to donate items for the auction or directly to the Nance Family can purchase those at Bedford Tack or The Winners Circle. A designated person will pick those up prior to the event. Monetary contributions can also be made.
