The Tennessee Walking Horse National Museum located in Wartrace, TN , “Cradle of the Tennessee Walking Horse”, received the 2014 Award of Commendation in recognition of superlative achievement in the “Temporary Exhibition” category at the Tennessee Association of Museum’s Annual Conference in Greeneville, TN. March 19, 2014. The exhibit focused on “A Moment in the Rich Tradition of the Celebration” August 29, 2013.
