The Smoky Mountain Walking Horse Association announces a college scholarship of $500 to qualified applicants. The scholarship candidates must meet the following requirements:
1.) High school junior/ senior, or college student under the age of 24.
2.) Member of Smoky Mountain or East Tennessee Walking Horse Associations for a year before the April 1st deadline.
3.) Demonstrate an interest in equine activities.
