Principal Deputy General Counsel Lee Fink sent a letter to Joseph Wilson, Counsel for the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration stating the General Counsel is reviewing the letter sent on August 10, 2016 and will respond no later than August 23, 2016.
The letter sent to USDA-APHIS Administrator Kevin Shea asked the USDA to conduct lawful inspections at the upcoming Celebration and not to disqualify any exhibitor prior to those exhibitors being given notice and opportunity to be heard
