Mr. Tommy Clay Howell, age 73, of Bell Buckle, TN passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Mr. Howell was a retired trainer of Tennessee Walking Horses. Arrangements are as follows; Visitation will be held at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel in Shelbyville, Tenn., on Friday, Nov., 7, 2014, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Burial will be held on Saturday, Nov., 8, 2014, at Memorial Gardens in Sweetwater, Tenn.
