Three Year old World Champion Mare, Ruby On Parole, passed away October 23, 2013 due to complications with colic. She was bred, raised, owned and much loved by Dr Joe and Betty Alvarez of Washington. Ruby on Parole gave owner Betty a World Champion ride her first time to show at the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration. The Scoop sends their condolence to the Alvarez family for loosing a top mare.
