Obituary- Billy Wayne Stanfill

Billy Wayne Stanfill passed away December 28th, 2017 at his residence. He was 80 years old. Mr. Stanfill was born on August 26, 1937 in Reagan, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Cletus Franklin and Mary Blanche Jones Stanfill.
His wife of almost 63 years, Ruby Nell Vise Stanfill survives. They were married on February 13, 1955.
Mr. Stanfill was a horse owner and breeder, land trader, cattle farmer and the owner of Savannah Ready-Mix, S&S Asphalt, and S&S Auto Sales. Mr. Stanfill was a resident of Lexington, Tennessee. He was a member of Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and was a member of the Tennessee Walking Horse Association.
He is survived by his children, Ronnie Wayne Stanfill, Vickie Nell Stanfill, Jerry Ralph Stanfill, and Theresa Ann Stanfill; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one brother, Max Ray Stanfill, four sisters, Betty McPeak, Margaret Grooms, Peggy Wentworth and Wanda Townsend.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Franklin Enlo Stanfill and his grandparents, Riley and Maggie Stanfill, and Burt and Emma Jones. The Scoop sends our deepest sympathy to the Stanfill Family.
