The National Horse Show Commission Board of Directors, at their meeting on Dec. 3, considered a rule change in the Trail Pleasure Youth classes.  The discussion centered on the option of allowing the Trail Pleasure Youth (11 and Under) class to show with two hands as a safety factor.
