LEWISBURG, Tenn. - The Tennessee Walking Horse
Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association Executive
Committee held a conference call yesterday evening,
November 26, 2007 and the following action was
taken:
The
meeting was called to order. Mr. Pedigo read a
letter from Mr. Cadle which unselfishly and
graciously suggested that with the projected
revenues for 2008 the TWHBEA could not reasonably
justify his contract, and that under the leadership
of Ms. Lane the staff was quite capable of executing
the 2008 strategy. He offered to terminate his
current contract and void the renewal, effective
December 31, 2007.
After a discussion, Upon Motion made by Mr. Baucom,
seconded by Mrs. Zeis,
ACTION WAS TAKEN
unanimously, by roll call vote, to
accept Mr. Cadle’s agreement to terminate his
contract on December 31, 2007, and to appoint Kristi
Lane as Executive Director.
