s9f02343.tifThe Tennessee Walking Horse industry has lost a great ambassador. The 1994 World Grand Champion Tennessee Walking Horse, Gen’s Armed And Dangerous has passed at the age of 29. The Arthur Gordon Family considered this great stallion as a part of their family. California trainer Russ Thompson purchased him as a yearling from Claude Crowley, knowing the Gordon Family would fall in love with him. Upon seeing him for the first time, Gordon knew he had something special. Though purchased as an amateur horse for Susan Gordon, Thompson is the one who ended up showing him.

Following the 1994 Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration, his career continued as a breeding stallion. Customers from all over the nation chose Gen’s Armed And Dangerous because of his natural talent and impeccable looks.

At the time of his death the partnership of Brown, Hulsey and Pedigo owned the World Grand Champion. The stallion still remains the only California horse to win the World Grand Championship title. The Scoop sends our warmest condolences to all who cherished Gen’s Armed And Dangerous.
