Brandi Floyd Raizor, 38, of Shelbyville, died Friday, May 9, 2014 in Shelbyville. She was a student at Midway College where she was just finishing up her associate’s degree. For 10 years, she worked as a support specialist with the Kentucky Cabinet For Families and she was a former owner of Ms. Effie’s Flowers and Gifts. She was also a member of the Kentucky Walking Horse Association Ladies Auxiliary and a board member with Horses and Hope. She was active with the American Cancer Society Relay For Life and was serving on the SCHS Class of 1994 Reunion Committee. Her #1 hobby was caring for horses, though she was a lover of all animals.
