To our customers and friends,
After much thought and consideration, we have decided to cancel our Celebration Super Sale and Yearling Festival at Pleasant Valley Farms on September 1st and 2nd.
I appreciate everyone that has thought about consigning to our sale and the customers that come each year to buy horses and yearlings. Having to many sales at one time only hurts the industry and the customers. And we don’t want that.
The trainer’s association will be having a yearling sale on the last Saturday and we will fully support them and wish them luck. We hope if you were consigning to our sale you will go to theirs now. This gives them the opportunity to help the trainers association make some money and help our industry in the long run, and we understand that. We are a part of the industry too!
Again, we just feel this is the best for everyone and helps the whole industry!
