Hi Ladies, I want to welcome you all, old and new to the WHT Auxiliary! We are thrilled you have chosen to join us and help us with the many great efforts we stand for.
We have the Trainers’ Show Silent Auction coming up. Remember that we need items donated and need members to help work the table all three nights of the show, and help close it on Saturday evening. Please get with Kim Wick or Susan Coleman with any questions on the Silent Auction, (contact info included at the end of this email). Our next meeting will be by the Silent Auction tables in Calsonic Arena on Saturday, March 24th at 11 am. Please make plans to attend.

eligible to show.
—Old members must have worked a project and
attended a meeting the previous year as well as pay your
dues by March 1st.

Sunday of the Celebration
December Meeting during the
Trainers’ Banquet counts for the following year.

Money Tree Classic (July 6th) – raise $500 or more in sponsorships or
work the show.
Dog Show at the Celebration – work
