The SHOW HIO has continued the hearing of Chris Zahnd until Thursday August 20, 2009. Zahnd was originally scheduled to appeal his suspension in a hearing on Friday August 14, 2009. Zahnd’s attorney, David Broderick, had a conflict with the original date and SHOW moved the hearing to accommodate Broderick’s schedule.

Zahnd is appealing his lifetime suspension for actions at the Woodbury Lions Club Horse Show on July 4, 2009. A SHOW Hearing Committee will hear Zahnd’s appeal and render a final decision.
