The response by WHOA members
to the request for
assistance regarding the 80
horses rescued in Cannon
County, TN has been
overwhelming. WHOA received
25 calls and emails
interested in adoption of
these horses within 12 hours
of the notification along
with several other offers of
financial assistance to
help these neglected
animals. WHOA would like to
thank its members for
stepping up and helping in
this effort. All emails and
calls have been forwarded to
the proper HSUS
department that is handling
this case. We will keep you
informed as more
information becomes
available.
