The
Walking Horse Owners’
Association will hold a seminar on
Monday August 24, 2009 at the Hall
Of Fame Club located in the
Calsonic Arena in Shelbyville. The
Seminar will start promptly at
7:00 PM CST. Speakers for the
event will be Judy Martin, Frank
Eichler, Dr. Doyle Meadows, Dr.
John Bennett and Dr. Steve
Mullins. Master of Ceremonies will
be Mark Farrar. WHOA President
Frank Neal will give opening and
closing remarks for the evening.
WHOA Board Member Judy Martin will
speak on the topic of judging and
image in the show ring. Frank
Eichler will make a presentation
regarding owners' liability
pertaining to the HPA. SHOW CEO
Dr. Doyle Meadows and SHOW
Compliance Officers Dr. John
Bennett and Dr. Steve Mullins will
speak regarding the current
inspection process and what owners
can expect at the 2009
Celebration. A question and answer
session will follow. Video
services will be provided by Dean
Johnson. Following the seminar a
