The Kentucky Walking Horse Breeders Incentive Fund is currently in the process of making modifications that were proposed by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.  During this time we ask all owners and participants to bear with us while we make these amendments to the program. 

The KWHBIF sole duty is to support the Tennessee Walking Horse breed in Kentucky.  At this time all nomination deadlines for nominating horses has been extended to December 31^st.  KWHBIF is pleased to announce that the 2009 breeder’s incentive money will be placed in escrow and dispersed along with the 2010 money.
