SHOW Director of
Judges Rollie Beard &
Celebration/SHOW CEO Dr.
Doyle Meadows
Rollie Beard, a six-time
Celebration Judge and
Walking Horse Trainer
has been named Director
of Judges for SHOW.
Mr. Beard, in addition
to providing leadership
and accountability to
the judging program will
be responsible for the
development of a new
rule book for SHOW.
Rollie will also be
involved in horse show
development for SHOW.
Mr. Beard will close
Rollie Beard Stables in
Lewisburg, Tennessee and
will be a full-time
employee of SHOW.
Mr.
Beard was born and
raised in Belfast,
Tennessee. He
began his training
career leading foals
under the direction of
Buddy Musgrave. In
1983, he opened Rollie
Beard Stables in Mobile,
Alabama, where he
trained for 15 years
before relocating to
Middle Tennessee.
Rollie is currently a
member of TWHBEA, WHOA
and WHTA. He has
three children, Thomas,
Wilson and Katie.
His pastimes include
golfing and cooking soul
food.

contribute the most,”
stated Mr. Beard.

of Rollie. He is
well-respected in the
industry and brings a
tremendous amount of
knowledge about
movements and gaits of
the Walking Horse.
Mr. Beard also possesses
a complete understanding
of the rules that govern
our horse shows,” said
Dr. Doyle Meadows CEO of
SHOW.
Mr.
Beard will begin work on
November 23, 2009.
