On Mar. 12, The Walking Horse Trainers’ Association held a reception to welcome Dr. Doyle Meadows as the new Celebration CEO.
The reception was held at the Calsonic Arena in Shelbyville, TN, where WHTA President, Link Webb, welcomed Dr. Meadows and presented him with a gift for his office.
