LEWISBURG, TN (January 15,
2008) – The Tennessee
Walking Horse Breeders’ and
Exhibitors’ Association
today announced that the
assignment of interest in
the Tennessee Walking Horse
Association, Inc. has
officially been signed over
to TWHBEA.
The official transfer,
assignment, and conveyance
took place at the Executive
committee meeting on the 12th
of January. John T. Bobo,
legal counsel to TWHBEA,
delivered the appropriately
executed documents to TWHBEA
President David Pruett. TWHA.
Inc becomes the sole
property of TWHBEA with this
conveyance.
“We are happy to put this
matter behind us,” President
Pruett said. “We hope this
allays any fears by our
membership as to the future
misuse of the TWHA name and
the continuing efforts by
the current Executive
Committee to inform our
members concerning all
TWHBEA business,” stated
Pruett.
